When you contact Sydney, request a free download, or submit a form on this site, we collect the information you provide directly, such as your name, email, and phone number, to respond to your request.
Your information is used only to respond to your inquiry, send requested materials, and, where you've agreed, follow up about mortgage services. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Information submitted as part of a mortgage application is shared only with lenders and parties necessary to process your application, in accordance with BRX Mortgage's privacy obligations and applicable BC privacy law.
Documents you send through your client page are stored encrypted with our hosting provider, Supabase, on servers in the United States, where only Sydney can open them. Each one stays there until it is on file in the mortgage application platform BRX Mortgage uses, and is then deleted.
